Subscriptions
Gains Premium is optional. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
To restore Premium on this device, open Gains → Settings (gear on Home) → Restore purchases.
Account
You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your workouts, routines, and other data.
